It’s already been the second week of year 2018! How is / are your resolution(s) going on so far? Still on track?
For this year, I promised myself to be happier than I already am. Oh well…I can say my life is getting better and better ever since the “Starbuck’s tragedy” that happened back in year 2016 :p
My! Oh! My!
That tragedy is like a magic and my life shines even brighter from time to time. Thank you God for making this happened!
Okay..back to the topic!
I read a few psychology articles on negative behavior recently. And that makes me think that how important our mind is in controlling our own happiness! And to my surprise…being happy is super duper easy!
One of the article I read said… in order to be happy, you MUST avoid negative peoples! These peoples are spreading negativity like a pandemic disease. Here are a few reasons why:
- They drain your energy;
- They stress you out;
- They waste your time;
- They make you unhappy;
- They polluted your securities;
- They don’t inspire you to be better; and
- They ruin your relationship with other people.
At the end of the day, you should surround yourself with who you want to be, and nobody wants to be a negative person. So, if you want to live a more positive, fulfilling life, don’t be around someone who wants the opposite.
